For the dish

  • 1 1/2 cup watermelon
  • 3-4 organic strawberries
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1 TBSP cacao nibs
  • 1 TBSP Goji berries
  • 1/2 lemon juice and lemon rind
  • 1/2 inch fresh ginger root


Preparing the Smoothie


Blend the watermelon, lemon juice and rind together first until liquid.

Preparing the Dish


Then add the other ingredients and mix for 1 minute. Feel free to add ice to adjust consistency and temperature.
