Layered Overnight Oats
This decadent breakfast saves you time and keeps you full all morning supporting your brain and hormonal health and stabilizing blood sugar levels.

- 1 10 oz mason jar
Ingredients
- ¼ cup grain-free cereal Recipe link: https://gojifitness.com/grain-free-cereal/
- ⅓ cup hot water
- ¼ cup roller oats
- ⅓ cup nut milk
- ½ cup blueberries or pomegranate or other berries
Instructions
- Place 1/4 cup of home-made grain-free cereal at the bottom of mason jar and pour hot water. Let it sit for 5 min for the cereal to grow.
- Add 1/4 rolled oats on top of the solidified grain-free cereal and pour 1/3 cup nut milk (or more). Delicately stir the oats in the milk and let it sit overnight in the fridge.
- Just before serving the Layered Overnight Oats, add 1/2 cup of fresh berries or pomegranate seeds.
