Place 1/4 cup of home-made grain-free cereal at the bottom of mason jar and pour hot water. Let it sit for 5 min for the cereal to grow.
Add 1/4 rolled oats on top of the solidified grain-free cereal and pour 1/3 cup nut milk (or more). Delicately stir the oats in the milk and let it sit overnight in the fridge.
Just before serving the Layered Overnight Oats, add 1/2 cup of fresh berries or pomegranate seeds.
