Four Ingredient Vegan Pancakes
You can make this a 3-ingredient pancake or a 4-ingredient affair in the Fall and Winter adding flax seeds to the mix. I also add more nutrients in the form of superfood protein powder for added nutrition. This recipe makes 5-7 pancake. Make a double batch on the weekend and take them to work for next 4 days!

- 1 High Power Blender
Ingredients
- 1 TBSP ground flax seeds
- 1 large ripe banana sweeter
- 1 cup GF rolled oats
- 1 ½ cup nut milk
- 1 tbsp (OPTIONAL) of your favorite green powder or,
- 1 tsp (OPTIONAL) matcha or spirulina powder
Instructions
- Blend in a power blender into a batter. Let sit for 5 min while you heat the non-stick pan to medium high heat.
- Use a 1/4 cup to measure the batter to cook. Poor batter into pan, spaced out so they don’t touch. Cook under medium heat. Flip when underside is browning.
- No oil needed, but if you shall, I enjoy coconut oil flavor very much with my recipe.
