Perfect for cold and flu season but also anytime you may be feeling sick, tired or rundown. This smoothie is packed with nutrition to help keep your immune system strong and healthy.

- High Power Blender
Ingredients
- 10-12 oz pure coconut water depending on desired consistency
- ½ frozen banana
- ⅓ cup frozen blueberries
- ¼ raw red beet
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- ⅓ cup leafy green of your choice spinach, kale, chard
- 2 tbsp Zenberry Green superfood protein mix (www.zenberrymix.com) or similar product
- Optional immunity boosters:
- 1 tsp bee pollen
- 1 tsp raw cacao nibs
Instructions
- Begin mixing the liquid with the beet in a high power blender, and frozen berries. Add the banana, leafy green and the boosters last.
