Silken Tofu Super Berry Smoothie

A super simple lean protein smoothie rich in antioxidants that taste like a strawberry milkshake.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups nut milk (more or less depending on desired consistency)
  • 3 oz silken non-GMO/organic tofu
  • ½ cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)
  • ½ cup strawberries (fresh or frozen)
  • ½ cup blackberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 TBPS Goji berries

Instructions
 

  • Blend in a high power blender until smooth.

Notes

Use silken tofu so that it blends smoothly like a milkshake. Hard tofu will be grainy.
Tofu contains monounsaturated and polysaturated fats, clcium, iron, potassium and of course protein (5g per 3oz). This is a light, delicious and nutritious smoothi.
