3oz silken non-GMO/organic tofu
½cupblueberries(fresh or frozen)
½ cupstrawberries(fresh or frozen)

Instructions
Blend in a high power blender until smooth.
Notes
Use silken tofu so that it blends smoothly like a milkshake. Hard tofu will be grainy.Tofu contains monounsaturated and polysaturated fats, clcium, iron, potassium and of course protein (5g per 3oz). This is a light, delicious and nutritious smoothi.
