Super Greens Detox Smoothie

This smoothie is a delicious way to start your morning on a detox day. It tastes sweet, with a slight sour sting and loaded with land and sea green vegetables. I recommend to enjoy it 30 min after a glass of warm lemon water to wake up your digestive system.

Ingredients
  

  • 12 oz natural coconut water unsweetened
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 kiwi
  • 1-2 leaves of organic romaine lettuce
  • 1 sprig parsley
  • ½ lemon juice
  • 1 tsp spirulina or,
  • 2 tbsp Zenberry Greens (zenberrymix.com)

Instructions
 

  • Blend all ingredients in a high power blender and enjoy!
