Ingredients

For the Dish

  • 10-12 oz pure coconut water (depending on desired consistency)
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1/3 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1/4 raw red beet
  • 1 tbsp. chia seeds
  • 1/3 cup leafy green of your choice (spinach, kale, chard)
  • 2 tbsp. Zenberry Green superfood protein mix
  • Optional immunity boosters:
  • 1 tsp. bee pollen
  • 1 tsp. raw cacao nibs

Method

Preparing the dish

Begin mixing the liquid with the beet in a high power blender, and frozen berries. Add the banana, leafy green and the boosters last.
