This quick and simple recipe makes a great breakfast. Avocados are a great source of protein and healthy fat to keep you satiated until lunch.

For the Dish

  • Gluten-free 100% wholegrain bread
  • 1/2 a ripe avocado
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • a pinch of cumin
  • a splash of fresh lemon juice
  • optional: Himalayan salt and cayenne pepper to taste


Preparing the dish


Toast your bread to desired texture.


Mash the avocado on top with a fork, sprinkle the chia seeds, cumin, lemon juice and if desired a little salt and pepper.


Place mash on top of toast and enjoy.
