Hello everyone!
I will be leading a super simple, easy 7 day nutritional and lifestyle cleanse on Nov 1st-8th.
This cleanse will be in the spirit of healing the body and boosting our immune health and gut strength at the change of season and ahead of colder weathers.
After my recent back surgery, I’ve learned firsthand how deeply the body desires gentleness, nourishment, and consistency over intensity. So this year’s Fall Body Rejuvenation will be beautifully simple and restorative — no marathon prep sessions or complicated menus. Just seven days of clean, grounding, seasonal meals designed to support your energy, weight, and healing.
Placed between the sugar bomb of Halloween 👻 and before the Thanksgiving feast we will:
- Support immune system during cold/flu season
- Reset and strengthen digestive system and metabolism before year end holidays
- Nourish bones, tissues and nerves and accelerate healing
- Rebalance weight and energy naturally
This year, we’re focusing on seasonal, plant-based foods that gently cleanse and rebuild the body from the inside out — aligning your nourishment with autumn’s natural rhythm of release and renewal.
Because my body is still in recovery, I’ve designed this cleanse to also support bone growth and nerve healing, so you can feel stronger, calmer, and more vital as we move into the colder months.

Beginning each day Monday-Friday at 6:30am with breathwork and gentle stretches for 30 minutes to soothe the mind, increase circulation, and support elimination.
