Power Aquacycling will occur weekly
Emma is AQUA Studio's Master Instructor. The objectives of the power class are to develop physical and mental strength, improve mental focus and concentration as well as tolerance for lactic acid formation. This class uses our highest level of resistance and a slower continuous, steady cadence to keep the guest hover between aerobic and anaerobic zone (the tempo zone). This class will tone your legs and build your mental strength feeling invincible and resilient.
