An Integrative Nutrition Health Coach is a guide and mentor who empowers you and provides ongoing support and guidance as you set goals and make sustainable changes that improve your health and happiness.

As your Health Coach, I will listen carefully and we’ll navigate the world of contradictory nutrition and health advice together to explore what truly works for you. 
Together we will:

  • Connect the dots between who you are and who you want to be
  • Create your personal blueprint
  • Decipher your body’s unique needs
  • Set your personal goals and work towards sustainable change

Option 1- ROCK STAR TREATMENT: A tailored coaching program for you:
  • Two 50-minute breakthrough sessions per month
  • Email support between sessions
  • Simple healthy recipes
  • Handouts specific to your needs and goals
Option 2- GROUP LOVE with the Feeding Success group coaching program:
  • Six 90-minute virtual sessions using gotomeeting, over the course of 3 to 6 months (schedule negotiable)
  • Email support between sessions (potential social media group support)
  • Simple healthy recipes
  • Handouts specific to your needs and goals
Option 3- PERSONAL TRAINING to reach your fitness goals:
  • In-person or over the internet session
  • 30 to 60 minutes session based on focus
  • May target cardiovascular, flexibility, strength, core, balance, agility and speed training
  • Weight loss, corrective training or sports performance focus available
  • Private signature group fitness like class (yoga, cardio, TRX suspension training, gliding, foam rolling, body pump, indoor cycling, aqua aerobics, etc.)
Option 4- SEASONAL TUNE-UP with my Spring and Fall 10-Day Gourmet Detox Programs:
  • Two 60-minute webinars
  • Daily educational and support email to keep you on track and more knowledgeable about your body
  • An e-book with step by steps instructions, meal plan and recipes
  • Daily exercise videos
  • A private FB page to share your experience and communicate with other participants and get real-time support from me
  • Spring Program usually runs in April and the Fall Program in October
