Sunrise Salutations and Meditation will occur weekly
** For the Spring Body Rejuvenation participants ** (PROGRAM LINK)
This yoga practice is for all levels and will gently wake up the body, center the mind and get you ready for the day. It will also teach you the techniques you can practice all week long. This session will be video taped for replay by the participants.

Equipment needed:


  • A yoga mat or a carpet

  • 2 thick books or yoga blocks

  • 1 or 2 cushions to sit cross-legged on, comfortably (or a bolster if you want to invest in one)
