Yoga Nidra is a systematic method of inducing complete physical, mental and emotional relaxation. Nidra means sleep so yoga nidra is conscious or psychic sleep. During the practice of yoga nidra, one appears to be asleep, but the consciousness is functioning at a deeper level of awareness. The yoga nidra session will last 60 min. You will be laying down on your yoga mat, head resting on a comfortable pillow and a blanket to keep you warm, eyes closed and simply listen to Emma's voice. The room temperature should be comfortable and quiet. The yoga nidra will be preceded by 30 min of yoga to prepare the body and mind for the meditation.
