This practice is part of the Autumn Essential Body Rejuvenation Program (LINK).

This 90-minute Yoga Class focused on the Muladhara Chakra will bring together the yoga poses learned step by step during the week together into a 90 min flow which includes pranayama meditation.

Equipment needed:


  • A yoga mat or a carpet

  • 2 thick books or yoga blocks

  • 1 or 2 cushions to sit cross-legged on, comfortably (or a bolster if you want to invest in one). You can also sit on a chair if more comfortable for you during the pranayama meditation.
