Sun Salutations 17 Steps

5 days into my Yoga Teacher Training I made a video of the 17 Steps Sun Salutations Warm-Up Routine. Every morning We perform several rounds of the 12 steps routine followed by several rounds of the 17 steps. It is sure to warm up your core temperature and loosen up your joints before starting your asana practice. You can repeat as many times as you want, as slow or as fast as you want, following your breath. Happy practice! (Get clearance from your doctor before doing yoga). Cheers! Emma
