10-12 oz pure coconut water (depending on desired consistency)

1/2 frozen banana

1/3 cup frozen blueberries

1/4 raw red beet

1 tbsp. chia seeds

1/3 cup leafy green of your choice (spinach, kale, chard)

2 tbsp. Zenberry Green superfood protein mix

Optional immunity boosters:

- 1 tsp. bee pollen

- 1 tsp. raw cacao nibs


Begin mixing the liquid with the beet in a high power blender, and frozen berries. Add the banana, leafy green and the boosters last.
