1 lbs bok choy or baby bok choy, halved
2 Tsp. sesame oil
1 Tbsp. tahini butter
2 Tbsp. Braggs amino acids, soy sauce or tamari
1/2 inch. grated fresh ginger
1 Tbsp. sesame seeds
Arrange a steamer basket in a large pot. Add enough water just to reach bottom of basket and bring to a boil. Add bok choy and reduce heat to medium low to steam for about 6-10 minutes or until bok choy is tender.
In a large bowl, whisk together tahini butter, sesame oil and Braggs Aminos (or soy sauce/tamari) and ginger. Add bok choy and toss to coat. Garnish with sesame seeds. Like spicy? Add crished chili flakes, pepper or any seasoning you wish!
