1 GF toast, toasted. I like free bread a lot (http://www.freebreadinc.com/). Whatever toast you choose, select whole grains, organic and non-GMO. read the ingredients and avoid white flour, preservatives and sugar. Bread should be made of good quality flour, salt and water (yeast is not even necessary and may cause indigestion).
1/2 a ripe avocado
1 tsp chia seeds
a pinch of cumin
a splash of fresh lemon juice
optional: Himalayan salt and cayenne pepper to taste
Toast your bread, mash the avocado on top with a fork, sprinkle the chia seeds, cumin, lemon juice and if desired a little salt and pepper.
